30-Day Return Policy

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return—even if you have used the product.

Eligibility for Returns

Condition: To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition. This means the item should be exactly as it was sent and must be returned with its original box.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the product or how we might improve it.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:

The return is due to an error on our part, or

The product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Defective/Wrong Item: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of a replacement and ship it out as soon as we can.

Note: Shipping delays caused by customs clearance (which are beyond our control) are not valid reasons for a return.

Reporting: Please contact support within 14 days of receiving the product if you need to report a defect or an incorrect item.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of our decision. 

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Option: If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating your return.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Exclusions: Limited edition items or special offer items are non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Items
